BRS
Community
Football is the vehicle — community is the destination. BRS is a place where young people grow in confidence and families belong.
More Than a Club
From the first session at a development centre to the final whistle of the season, BRS is built on relationships. Our UEFA-qualified coaches mentor the person as well as the player, and our families are part of every step of the journey.

What We Stand For
One Family
Players, parents and coaches pulling in the same direction — every child matters at BRS.
Respect First
For teammates, opponents, officials and the game itself. How we win matters as much as winning.
Beyond Training
Presentation evenings, tournaments, tours and socials that bring the whole academy together.
School Initiatives
BRS delivers bespoke Physical Education packages to Infant, Junior and First Schools across Hampshire and Dorset, tailored to each school's individual needs and budget.
Talent
Recognising and nurturing every child's natural ability, whatever their starting point.
Effort
Celebrating hard work, resilience and the courage to keep improving week after week.
Excellence
Encouraging every pupil to strive for their personal best, on and off the pitch.
Curriculum-Aligned Coaching
Our inclusive sessions teach the right developmental skills to the right age groups, following the key elements of the National Curriculum at every Key Stage. From Key Stage 1 fundamentals — running, jumping, throwing, catching and team play — we build physical confidence that lasts.
Long-Lasting Partnerships
Since 2007, we have built trusted relationships with schools across the region, with many of our founding schools working with us for over a decade. The connections we have grown with teachers, parents and pupils are at the heart of everything we do.

These are the schools we currently work with:
- Hillside First School
- Verwood First School
