BRS
Training Centres
Our development centres are where every BRS journey begins — fun, high-quality coaching that feeds our teams in the Testway League and Junior Premier League.
Development Centres
Children aged 5 and up are invited to join our development centres — the perfect place to start or enhance their football journey. Whether new to the game or already playing, our fully qualified and experienced coaches run sessions for all abilities.
Sessions help children develop new skills, improve technique, play more football and make new friends. We also organise friendly fixtures against local teams, giving coaches the chance to assess players in real-game situations and guide their next steps.
- Weekly sessions throughout the season, on 3G and on grass.
- Boys and girls aged 5–14, grouped by age and stage.
- Centres across the region — find your nearest below.

Advancement Centres
Our Advanced Development Centre (ADC) is for players who stand out at our development centres through attitude, work ethic and a love of learning. During the season, ADC players compete against other coaching centres, development squads and professional academies — testing themselves against some of the best young players around.
The Pathway to JPL
Players who continue to progress may earn a place in our Junior Premier League teams. Since launching the ADC, we've worked with players from U5 to U15 and seen many progress to AFC Bournemouth and Southampton FC ID programmes.
Professional Academy Routes
BRS is the leading professional academy pathway on the South Coast of England, producing the highest number of professional academy signings across the region. Former ADC players have signed for professional academies, including Category 1 Southampton FC, Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, Brighton & Hove Albion FC, and AFC Bournemouth, as well as Yeovil Town, Swindon Town, Portsmouth, Eastleigh and Exeter City.
Our ethos is simple: Talent + Effort = Excellence. Every child has talent; effort turns that talent into success.
Partner Clubs
Our Official Partner Clubs
BRS works alongside established clubs to give our players real opportunities — from professional academy pathways to senior football.

Southampton FC
A Category 1 academy on our doorstep. Standout BRS players have progressed into Southampton FC ID programmes and academy football.

AFC Totton
A senior club partnership that connects our players and coaches to the local game and a route into men's football.
